Behind the scenes footage of Kristofer Hivju (Tormund) with Rory McCann (The Hound), Iain Glen (Ser Jorah Mormont) and Richard Dormer (Beric Dundarrion) jamming during season 7 of Game of Thrones has let to a potential musical project between the group who have been dubbed the ‘Brotherhood Without Banjos’ named after the group in the series known as the ‘Brotherhood Without Banners’.
Footage has showed them previously jamming songs by Tom Waits and even an original titled ‘Anthem over Season Seven End’. Now, according to Richard Dormer, they will be recording an album called ‘What Will Fate Bring Us’. Speaking with Digital Spy, Dormer said “We all have instruments now, so if I’m in the next season, we’ll be popping down to the recording studio in Belfast!’. Carefully he added the ‘if I’m back next season’ part because both his and Kristofer Hivju’s characters fate was left hanging in the balance after last season’s finale.
